Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls , halved horizontally
  • 6 jumbo marshmallows , halved horizontally
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange roll bottoms in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. For FILLING, stir coarsely crushed graham crackers and chocolate chunks together in a bowl. Top roll bottoms with FILLING and marshmallow halves.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and add roll tops. Brush with the 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  4. For TOPPER, stir finely crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter together in a bowl ; sprinkle rolls with TOPPER.
  5. Bake until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.
