Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Mix water, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn flour, and soy sauce together in a separate small saucepan until well blended and no lumps remain. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture is thick, 6 to 10 minutes. Add the cooked garlic and mix well.
